Shipping Destinations

As of September 2023, we currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK). We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping destinations. To be among the first to know when we expand our shipping services, please sign up for our mailing list.

To show our appreciation for your support during our initial launch phase, we are offering free shipping for UK orders in our first month or two of operation. This promotion is subject to change, so don't miss out—place your order today!

Shipping Schedule

As a small business operated by one individual, I aim to process and ship orders promptly. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 days of your purchase. Please note that, due to our size and the variable nature of life, there may be occasional delays of up to a week in shipping. Fridays are the best day for me, and so are the day when most orders are shipped.

Every order you place with us will include a receipt for your records.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, including non-receipt of your package, please contact us as soon as possible. We kindly request that you notify us within 30 days of placing your order to ensure that we can assist you in a timely manner.

Returns and Refunds

At BalancedLifeArt, Lucy wants you to be happy with your artwork. But if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, provided the artwork is undamaged. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're here to make it right.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on where to send the item.

Return Conditions

• Artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition.

• Artwork must be securely packaged for return shipping.

• The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe and reliable return shipping.

• The artwork remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us.

Refund

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase.
